- The 'Get Stamp' button appears when you've walked 4,000 steps or more the previous day.
- Stamps are awarded based on the previous day's step count. You will not be able to get a stamp once the day has passed.
- If you don't get a stamp for 30 consecutive days, your stamp count will reset to 0. Please note that all collected stamps will be lost.
- Grant Points are Term Limited Points.
- The 5 points for the first-time stamp bonus and the 1 point for every 3 stamps are excluded from this promotion.

I walked over 4,000 steps, but I can't get a stamp.
A:
Stamps are awarded based on the previous day's step count. You can get a stamp the day after you reach 4,000 steps. You cannot claim stamps retroactively for days prior to the previous day.

The stamp has disappeared
A:
If you don't get a stamp for 30 consecutive days, your stamp count will reset to 0. Please note that all collected stamps will be lost. Your 'Consecutive Stamp Streak' will also be reset to 0.

What happens when I accumulate stamps?
A:
Collect 3 stamps, 1 Points will be Grant, and collect 7 stamps, 3 Points will be Grant!※ Once you complete a set, you can start collecting stamps again the next day. ※Please note that the Points awarded are Limited Term Points.
Notes
- About Stamps
The "Get Stamp" button appears when you've walked 4,000 steps or more yesterday. Stamps are awarded based on yesterday's step count, so you must claim your stamp before the day ends. Stamps cannot be claimed after the day has passed. Make walking and stamping a daily habit!
- If you don't get a stamp for 30 consecutive days, your stamp count will reset to 0. Please note that all collected stamps will be lost.
- About the Point
- If you achieve more than 4,000 steps per day on the pedometer of the "Rakuten Senior" app, "Press stamp" button displayed on the next day on the stamp card, and collect 3 stamps, 1 Points will be Grant, and collect 7 stamps, 3 Points will be Grant.
- You will receive a 5 Points as a bonus for the first time stamp after launching the "Rakuten Senior" app (limited to one time per person).
- Reward points will be grant as a Term Limited Points of valid for 5 months.
